Due to the consumable nature of our goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been fulfilled and delivered.
Damaged Goods & Transit Issues
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or tampered with during transit, you must file a claim directly with the transport company responsible for delivery. Hojicha Wholesale is not liable for damages caused by the carrier after the order has left our facility.
