  • Sealed Packaging: Any package that has been opened or tampered with cannot be returned.
  • Proper Storage: Goods must have been stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. If there is evidence of improper storage (e.g., moisture damage, heat exposure), the return will be voided.

3. Product Anomalies & Damaged Goods

In the rare event of a product anomaly or quality issue, please follow these steps:

  • Immediate Notification: You must alert Hojicha Wholesale immediately upon discovery.
  • Required Documentation: Email us with a detailed description of the issue and photo proof of the anomaly.
  • Verification: Once we receive your email and photos, our team will review the claim to authorize the return.

4. Refunds & Costs

  • Product Refund: Valid returns will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.
  • Transportation Costs: Please note that shipping and transportation costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to our warehouse.
